I am still mulling over Charlie's Halloween costume, and it is really time to get down to sewing... I love the idea of Amelia Erhart since she is really into all things airplane. I saw this off-the-rack one, but I am doubtful about how it will look in person and concerned about it being too hot. And I have been eyeing this mermaid from Heather Bailey. I also have an idea for a woodland fairy, using fall colors and based on the fairy dress-up apron from Wee Wonderfuls.

Have I ever told you that I have had sketches for an Amelia Erhart onesie/kids' shirt that I want to make, should I ever branch off into clothing? Well, I do. And If it does happen, Charlie will get the first one.
